Double Shield Nickels & Civil War Token

I was fortunate to find some free time this afternoon, and even more fortunate to find these! They've been buried in gravel for a long time, so they're a little rough, but I'll add them to the collection.

Wow, two Shield Nickels in one hunt, that is a RARE occurrence! And you can even read the date on both of them!

I really like the token too, what a cool piece of history.

The key in the top photo kind of looks like a railroad key. Did you try cleaning it up?

    Congrats on the great finds!

Great finds. My Dad found 2 or 3 shields but I have never seen one in any of my holes. Two in one hunt is amazing. Awesome. WD

Nice shield nickels and token. Too bad that '64 is in the shape it is. It's a nice find regardless.
