    Nice set of finds, congrats on the Massachusetts copper! What's with the spoons anyway? Always the spoons in the old sites!

    I like the railroad switch key too!

    As I was scrolling down thru the pictures looking for the MA copper I kept seeing great finds. Sort of like detecting foreplay.

    Yes, as the Stealth Diggers can attest they are a common find. The one at the bottom of the picture is solid sterling silver....only my second of those I've ever found. It is engraved with the date of 1948.

    I don't know how I missed this post! Excellent finds and pics! I hope this snow is leaving you alone. We're getting 5 to 10 in. I guess this is the end 'til spring. Oh well, we were lucky up to now. Congrats!!

    Thanks Drew. Yeah, I went out once last Monday and hit the woods for my first hunt in 2017 but we got 6 inches of snow last night and it's 5 degrees this morning. Bummer!
