    My last few fall hunts

The following is my take from my last few hunts before I injured my back. After 4 weeks of rehab my back is finally feeling good enough to detect but now we have 3 inches of snow on the ground. Oh well, time to start on the research for the spring.
These finds came from an old camp and 4 different one room school house sites. Two of the school sites are now farm fields the other two buildings are still standing. My totals were $6.96 in clad mostly from the old camp. 22 wheats, 6 Indian heads 1887, 1889, 1900, 1901, 1903 & 1905, 1Buffalo No Date, 1 V 1896, 1 Rosie 52-D, 1 Merc 1917, 1 Barber 1900-O, 3 Washingtons 37-D, 44 & 51-D.
I also found several relics and probably the coolest find is an old token. It is a Victoria Cordage Works Trade Token. They made binder twine. After doing some research here is what I know about it.

Circa -1880s token or medal from the Victoria Cordage Works of Philadelphia. It is made of brass, holed as made and measures 25mm in diameter.

First, I'm glad to hear your back is feeling better.

It looks like you were on a roll before you got hurt. Very nice bunch of coins and relics, especially that token. Very cool!

I hope that snow melts quickly for you, I bet you're aching to get back out here.

Congrats Jeff, those are some great finds, and a really cool token! Those nickles came out nice, but those indians sure got toasty. See you've got some other nice finds too. The clock gear is neat, as are the vintage cosmetics cases.
I hear the snow is supposed to melt. Maybe if you're up to it over the next couple weeks, I'd be happy to get you out in my area either to the open fields or the cellar hole area in the woods. The later shouldn't have much if any snow and certainly won't freeze till very late.
