    New to ADMD

Bought first detector in 2005 - Minelab Musketeer and then a Tesoro Silver uMAX? still have them but haven't been in the field much the last few years . A recent move will allow me to start detecting more often. Possibly looking for a new detector ... maybe a Fisher but not 100% sure

Welcome to the forum from the cornfields of Illinois!
As Lowjiber likes to say "It's not the wond, it's the wizard". Which ever machine you decide to go with, learn it. Learn everything about it. It's every chirp, squeak, knob, button.... everything. With time you'll be finding goodies in no time. Then...just remember to show us here at AD!

I use the T2, which is VERY similar to the F75 and F70. You can get a T2 classic for under $500 easy. I hope you enjoy the group...they are very knowledgeable....except for that Del guy...he doesn't know anything!!! (he's actually a treasure!)
