Back to the ol school site, formerly also an 1850's road running though this sports field. Always managing to pull more silver, just seems to be very tarnished lately. Now if only I could find gold at this site. Pulled probably a few hundred pull tabs. I think I'm due.

Nice job. Someone once told me that he expects to find 1 gold for every 300 pull tabs dug....so soon you should get your gold!

I've heard that too! Not holding my breath though. But a few more silver, preferably OLD would be nice enough!

Thanks Dave. Always a pleasure digging the sterling rings, tarnished or not. While it's not the greatest site, it's a go to, when I have no where else to hunt. Prefer the 1800's door knocking, but at least I'm swinging! Proves sites are not really ever "hunted out."

Nice finds, a little water staining never hurt any silver. Great finds. WD

Nice hunt, and that's a pretty sweet ring. Congrats! Tarnished or not, silver is always good, plus it's easily cleaned.

If it's only 300 pull tabs then somebody owes me about a half dozen pieces of gold🤣. Congrats on the silvers though
