3 hunts, silver, jewelry, and a couple oddities.

Hi all, hope everyone is doing well! I'll start out with a beach hunt that gave up a few items. Clad as usual, an aluminum ring, earrings, and a necklace, but nothing silver.

A couple oddities: One, I found a half of a pewter ring. Odd thing is, another hunter I chatted with I found out he found the other half about a week ago about 50 yards away.

The second oddity was an earring. Nothing special, but it's the match to one I found a year ago. Go figure!

    Clad from the hunts:

The second hunt was an old field near where there was a farm house at one time. Tons of buried beer cans and other trash. But what I can't figure is how a part off a Harley hot out there. Nothing else of note there.

Lastly, I had an hour or so before work today and hit the old zoo again. Pulled up 4 wheats and a 34 Washington. Happy to see silver, just can't figure how I missed this since I've been over the same area maybe a dozen times. Thinking maybe emi from the underground power for the parking lot lights?

Finally, a few other finds from the park. Big chunk of lead, another unusual piece of iron, and what I think is a pretty rusted ox shoe.

The Harley piece I believe is the end of the handle grip. Cast aluminum, so probably not too old.

Tons of beer cans and a Harley piece...go figure. That religious medal sure does look like silver? Congrats on that nice early Washington.

Thanks Al! Unfortunately the medal is pewter, and the chain is magnetic metal.

Thanks Drew! About the only 2 places I can hope to usually find something is the zoo and the beach. Both are hit or miss though.

Nice finds, been finding a few missed signals myself. Nothing is ever hunted out. Would not shock me if you picked up a half yet. Nice hunts. WD

Congrats on the early Washington! Also love the Harley piece. If you can muster confidence, pvt. property is the way to go.
