Another Great Hunt in Wisconsin with Digger Al & Noah

Saturday morning, Digger Al and I drove up to Wisconsin and met up with Tim (Noah) for a day of hunting.
We started at an old school but found nothing but clad. While the guys were still hunting the park, I walked a few houses down the street and got a very pleasant yes from the home owner. I called Al & Tim to the house before I began. We all did pretty good. Alec dug an Indian and a couple of old buttons Tim got a nice Barber quarter and I dug 2 indians ( one flattened by a train), a merc and an old button. The next house, Alec dug a merc and an Indian and I dug a Rosie & an Indian. The rest of the afternoon I managed 3 more indians for a total of 6 FTD.
The last house of the day was pretty void of signals, but I did get a faint high tone at 9 inches. When I went to pin point it, it didn't even pick it up so I dug the tone. I dug 9 inches before I got to it and finished digging the hole with my fingers. When i grabbed it I thought it was going to be a piece of brass, but nope it was a 1943 Walker. ( my 5th Walker of the year) Wow. Together, Alec and I dug 20 wheats for the day.

Another great hunt guys. At least a "9" is visible so you don't have to worry if the Indian was a 1877. Nice finds WD
