    Just Bottles & Stuff Tonight

It's so dry MDing territory is hard to come by right now. My curiosity got the better of me when I drove by a construction site tonight. I made a u-turn, stopped and looked around and found these.

The bottle on the right says Skilton Foote & Co, Bunker Hill Pickles.

Terrific bottles and relics, Darren! How cool to find a clay pipe bowl all in one piece like that!

It definitely looks like a site that you need to hit with a metal detector. Old stuff there!

Nice bottles. Looks like some late 19th century to early 20th. The seams and embossing indicate such, but they are early and nice shape.
Future goals: Capped bust coin, Flowing hair LC, Classic head LC, VT copper, MA copper, Pistareen, Two-cent pc, SLQ, GW inaugural button, Excelsior button, Civil war token, and a gold ring.

Good for you, turning around and checking out that site. It has to be hit with the detector. Bottles are cool, especially the embossed ones.
