Hunting Ohio with the Boys From Illinois / Got me a Bucket Lister

Alec and I met up with Daddy Digger & Tony Two-Cent this weekend to a little detecting in Ohio. We hit some parks, farm houses and did a little door knocking in town. I didn't find a lot, but I did manage a few nice keepers Including my first ever Fatty Indian at an 1850s court house.
Here are the coins I dug:

My first Fatty Indian. (1860) It rang up 12-24 on the E-trac. This coin made my trip!! ( The ding was not from me!)

Don, the ring with 3 stars is a WW2 mother's blue star ring. It means she had 3 son's in the military or 2 sons and a husband in the military. So you got 2 WW2 patriotic jewelry items this weekend!

So many great finds! First of all, congrats on the bucket lister FATTY Indian Head! They are not easy to find. Yours is actually in pretty good shape compared to most dug examples I've seen. Awesome!

And let's not forget that you also got a GOLD ring! Amazing that the opal is still intact. Beautiful! You and Alec both got silver rings as well.

The collar disc is an awesome find too. Lots of history there, and it's in good shape.

Here's the water pistol with the rubber squeeze bulb. They are old. I knew what it was the moment you showed it to me. Cool find.
