    Back to the future!

For the past two weekends I have been using the Garrett AT Gold on my hunts with Danny. The first week was the Frog Strangler and I did very well that Sunday. I use the AT Gold in the rain because the White's MXT is not waterproof. Well, it wasn't raining this past Sunday and I chose the AT Gold again. I love the way the AT Gold hits on targets but I am always concerned the machine will break, or shut down, or the head will fall off. All known problems with those machines. Danny and I were invited to hunt a friend's site and there were five of us hitting the first cellar hole. It was a good site and we all found some goodies.Name: 28576450_10211235309982163_1954731008748479931_n.jpg

Great finds, looks like a great do to be out! I knew Garrett was a budget machine, just didn't know they had so many quality issues.

Nice group of keepers Donnie. After reading about the problems with the Garrett, I can see your reluctance to take that out to a site.
