    Last Hunt Of 2018

Hey Folks! Got out yesterday to one of my old sites I've pounded for years. It's gotten quieter & quieter over the years but was able to nab a few keepers.

Got a new NY Municipal Police Button. If you remember from some of my older posts I've pulled 9 NY Municipal Police coat buttons from this site but this was my 1st cuff button. Was able to nab a 3 1911 Wheatie spill out in the driveway.

On the way out got a 2 buffalo nickel spill in the back of the site as well as this nice UMC No. 12 Shotgun shell.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Everyone!
    Roger

I guess the soaked soil is helping on depth. Quit a lot of targets for a pounded site. Nice way to end the year!

Great button and, obviously, a police officer lived there for many years.
