    Weather was above freezing today so I got in one last hunt. 1805 Draped bust!

    A lot nicer than the 1805 LC I dug on the lip of that cellar hole when I came to Connecticut! Congrats on a great find! Best wishes for 2019.

    Just gave it a water bath and a quick hot peroxide. Then a coat of Ren wax. I don't always clean them that way but if they look stable it usually works well.
