Finally Had Some Nice Weather/ Dug a few Keepers

Noah and I went out for some door knocking today. I had a very slow day considering the amount of houses we hit and how many hours we hunted.
But, I still had fun. It felt good to get out swinging again!!
    I dug a 1942 Merc, 1916 Buff, 1907 Indian, 1940 Canadian penny & 14 wheats.

Glad to see the ice age is over in Illinois! Congrats Don on your finds. Silver is always nice (even if only 1) and that buffalo nickel is in great shape. HH, Dave.

Good going Don! Glad to see the ground finally thawed in your area.
I tried a new park on Sunday too and the ground is mostly pretty stiff yet by me. Got out for 2 hours and managed 4 keepers, of which 3 were silver. Dying to get real digging conditions!

Nice hunt Don. I was tempted and even got the detector out of storage but wasn't sure the ground was thawed enough. I'll try tomorrow. I think we definitely turned the corner. Congrats. WD
