    4th Copper Of The Year!

Took today of work & went back to the site I was at on Sunday.

Crazy weather day as it began drizzly + scatted showers at about 40*, then wind really began to pick up and the temps dropped & a few wet snowflakes came thru, and I even saw the sun for a while..

I gridded the entire site over the entire day & pounded it pretty good. For my efforts I was rewarded with my 4th copper of the year 1803 + 3 more buttons as well as a very nice decorative piece as well as a what's it.

Looking forward to getting back here to see what I might have missed.

I know for you guys fighting a draped bust is a little like finding wheat pennies here, but for me it would be like a dream come true. Please leave me just one. See you in a few short weeks! And congrats!

Noah, don't worry! When I went to Connecticut I found 2 of them and an amazing 1808 classic head largie. I'm hoping you find even more!

Solid start Roger! Small date/small fraction variety. She's definitely on the better side of how DBs usually come out of the ground. Heck, you may even be able to determine a Sheldon variety. I know I was able to with my two best DB LCs.
