    Door Knocking in Connecticut

Alec, Noah and I drove all night Friday night to do some Connecticut detecting. After meeting up with Dan and Donnie B on Saturday morning ( Thanks Guys!!!), We decided to do what we do best, Door Knocking. We tried hitting as many 1700s houses as we could. I would say that 8 out of 10 houses had a no answer and maybe 1 of of 3 said yes. We were hoping to stumble across a colonial coin or two at these houses, but it wasn't meant to be.(except Noah, he dug A Spanish silver!)

We all managed some nice coins and had a great time hitting those old houses.

Here are my finds for the trip

Congrats on the William IV Don , its not a coin that is found very often . It was great seeing you gentlemen out this way again and sorry I could get out more with you all ( new job) . you didn't miss too much from the Rev War house hunt , lots and lots of junk from fill dirt brought in but a few old musket ball (large to huge) , a merc , indian and couple of later goodies.
