Dime Quad including Seated plus bonus big silver

Another weekend spent on chores upnorth did leave me a few hours tonight to get some hunting in. I hit the Park I found the 4 Indian pre 1900 spill last year and had a great night. I ended up with a Merc a Barber a Rosie and my first seated in a few years. The seated was definitely a tough signal that for the most part usually is a nail. Glad I dug that one. Not far from the Seated I also found a real nice 1873 Indian. My last hunt a few days back I found what was probably the heaviest worn silver I have found in a 1892 Barber Half. Very happy with those two hunts. Wisconsin Digger

Condition for the Indians is definitely good here. I found a 1865 Indian last year that looked just as nice. The Park has a long history of undisturbed ground which is rare in Wisconsin. Thx Wisconsin Digger

Congrats on the dime grand slam! That is a difficult feat! How cool that you found one of each with no duplicate types.

The 1873 Indian Head is a great find too. It's in really nice shape with little wear. Not a common date!

I don't think I've ever seen a Barber Half that worn. Still, it's always a rush to find big silver, especially from the 1800s!

    Terrific hunt!

I'm always amazed what people find in parks. Goes to show, with some perseverance even the parks can still give. Absolutely well done! That Indian is a beauty. I've only found one Indian in a park.
