Several Tombac Buttons and a Roman Relic Today!

    Hi Diggers,
I went out in the woods for about 6 hours today. Signals were sparse but I really enjoyed being out in nature! I found 4 tombac buttons which I think is a record for me. The pewter dandy button is something I haven't seen before. I initially thought it was a tombac but it started crumbling in my hand almost immediately. No coins today but I did find a very nice Roman bronze ring, probably for horse tack or a big leather belt. The buckle was a nice surprise too especially since it rang up just like all the bullet casings I was finding! Here's some pics. Thanks for looking and happy digging!
