Re-Find Keepers Sorting Through Buttons

Morning All,
As usual I was up with the daylight and started sorting my buttons.
I made a pile of dandies, tombacs, pewter, and ball.
I found a couple of colonial cuffs inadvertently thrown in...
an 1880s Central RR of New Jersey button...
and a CW style Boston School Regiment kepi hat side button.
I must have included these in past posts but who knows?

Nice buttons Drew! Isn't it funny how we all find ourselves back down at our relic table sorting through things from time to time? My wife has known for a long time now that if she can't find me that's the first place to look!

John

Thank you, everyone! It kinda makes up for the other stuff I still can't find.
I've lost the foillowing-

Missing relics....dang....call the relic police. How can this happen? If this had happened in my house the usual suspect is the wife. Always the item was moved.

Mrs OxShoe wouldn't move my relics but she does "dig" them out of the washing machine on a regular basis. Just today a flat button fell out of my computer bag. I've stopped the dryer because dateless large cents were slamming into the sides.
I am heart broken about that seated quarter!

Bummer Drew! What was the eagle/cannon thing ? My wife is never pleased when she fishes out bullet fragments out of the dryer.

Thanks everyone....Jeff it's a 1880s Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War pin...and I just remembered what I did with it  I gave it away.

Wow, if I was to make a pile of all the buttons I've found over the years, they would probably fit into a baby food jar :lolsign:
Some great looking buttons Drew. :thumbsup01:
