    Successful return

Found this WW2 era dog tag a few weeks back, unfortunately the owner has passed But was able to return it to his son through some research & many emails, I decided to mail it off to him since my area is still in partial lock down. Only thing better then finding it was returning it to his family, now if I could just make some headway on the marine corps WW1 medal I found!!

Just for some added information, the first numbers are his service number then it T44 shows he has had his tetanus shot, the letter A shows his blood type, the letter P on the bottom right shows he is Protestant, they were produced this way with no next of kin & last name first from 1944-1946.
