Great Day of Hunting / Two Center, Indians and a Little Silver too

Noah and I went back to a town that we used to hunt a bunch. Everyone that has hunted there with me has had stellar days.
Tony Two-cent, Full metal Digger ( Daddy Digger), Noah, , Digger Al Have all killed it there.

Anyway, First hole of the morning I dug an 1866 two center. What a way to start the day. I followed that with a merc,a rosie and an Indian all from the same yard and all by 10:30 in the morning! It slowed down most of the afternoon, but I did manage a sterling ring and a bunch of wheats.

The last house of the day brought a few more goodies, a billiards token, 2 more Indians and another merc. I ended up with 23 wheats for the day!

Some nice looking coins Don. The two cent has some great detail. Must have been dropped in 1866. Always good to see some silver come out of your pouch too. The 43 dime still has a lot of mint luster on it. The billiard token is really cool. Definitely on my bucket list. Thanks for sharing and happy digging.

Great looking finds Don! Still have a 2 cent on my bucket list. You guys always seem to find the best yards, congrats!

Huge congrats on the awesome day, Don! Your dedication to the hobby paid off in a big way. That two cent piece is gorgeous, especially the side with the date. How many two cent pieces have you found total?

That billiard token is a great find as well. What a cool piece of history!

Good job saving those terrific coins and relics! :clapping:

Beautiful Two Center. That billiards token could be from a saloon. I would check the Dun & Bradstreet's credit records for that town from the early 1900's if possible.
