Weekend Hunt on the Minnesota River

I was in Minnesota this past weekend and spent several hours hunting around the river bank near a city park. I found a lot of modern trash, glass and old iron which didn't make the cut for photo's, but here are the keepers and the other interesting finds. These were silvers 97-101 for the year and my first time ever breaking the 100 mark!

Way to think outside the box and find some old silver coins! Those are wonderful results. Two barber dimes and an SLQ! That will put a smile on your face every time.
