I wish I could find colonial but at least I got one 1830s button. Cheers.

Nice digs Noah. I wish I cold find 3 silvers in one hunt...or a marble. We want what we can't find.
Oldest find: 5,000 year old copper spearhead
Oldest coin: 1699 William III halfpenny
Purdiest coin: 1832 Capped Bust quarter
Coolest find: USA button with blue threads still on shank

Thanks man. Honestly I shouldn't complain. I was sniffing through an awful lot of memorials to get what I got. Sad when 1870s properties are littered with modern junk.

Four Indian Heads and three silvers is a very decent Saturday! One wonders why there are always pennies from the 1800s but rarely dimes.

The marble is a great bonus! I always love seeing them in the hole.
    Lifetime totals:
10 Large Cents, 415 Indian Heads, 2 Two Cent Pieces, 1 Capped Bust Half Dime, 1 Seated Half Dime, 10 Shield Nickels, 68 V Nickels, 124 Buffalo Nickels, 31 War Nickels, 16 Seated Dimes, 131 Barber Dimes, 405 Mercury Dimes, 249 Rosies, 4 Seated Quarters, 18 Barber Quarters, 20 Standing Liberty Quarters, 89 Silver Washingtons, 1 Seated Half, 3 Barber Halves, 16 Walking Liberty Halves

    That's a wonderful hunt!
I'd guess the 1800s pennies are at 6/7in and the 1800s silver at 9/10in? Maybe too deep for us to get them at most places. Just a guess.
You people and your marbles I've found three.
That's an old timey button too! Congrats!
