Was out with Frank last Friday in Goshen on the side of a dirt road drinking from a puddle after the rains. Frank went to get a picture as it climbed a tree for safety. Frank did not get hit, lol.

Anyone else see them?

They have been very active lately , i've seen two the last couple of hunts . I usually only see one every few of years , they are odd little creatures

Am I the only one who didn't know that porcupines can climb trees? We don't have porcupines around here.

Frank is like Jim to your Marlin Perkins
I posted a thread about something very similar, but I think they agreed mine was a woodchuck...which I also didn't know clime trees. I saw a raccoon once climb straight up a tall tree like a squirrel.
I guess every animal around here can clime.

For the record Drew , regarding yours I was leaning toward Chupacabra
