Got Out For A Bit Today

And found an 1865 IH and an 1853 LC. Found this nice spoon bowl as well. Now All I need is an 1860 IH to complete the CW time period.

Thanks everyone! I've been hitting this site for years now. It's a tough site as there is no foundation unless it was filled in way in the past as now it's just a build-up of dirt. You can only hit this site in the fall thru early spring as it's loaded with barberry.

I've found colonial items but mostly 1800's. The old abandoned New Haven & Derby RR passes right by this location.

It was cool when I got there but as the sun came up, I was down to a T Shirt.

That IHP looks like it was dropped into the ground right off the production line. That is a heck of a great day there.
