Officially Making American Detectorist My New Home

    Hello friends!

I have been missing in action for awhile. After several years of frequenting another forum I have decided that American detectorist is the place I want to call my home now. I am very humbled and grateful to have received a polite and open arm welcome from a friend who now helps run this site. Thank you. I hope I can continue to contribute my views and ideas concerning the Whites Spectra V3 / Vision detector. I hope to learn much more about the Minelab E-trac as it will be my next purchase this Spring. I will be adding support to the V3 thread started by Lowjiber. I will taking a little break through the Holiday and will be posting and participating in this great forum soon. Thanks again for the nice welcome. Angel, you have a truly refreshing thing here! Thanks for your efforts.

Welcome Jack! I will be interested to see how things go when you get your Etrac this spring and how you like it. Until then I know you will add a lot of good info for all those V3 users out there! thumbsup01

Re: Officially Making American Detectorist My New Home

Welcome aboard. I'd be real interested in reading some of the good things about the V3. It seems that on some of the forums all I hear is the bad or broken complaints. This is why I haven't bought one yet lol So anything you know about the capabilities and settings would be appreciated. But most of all, welcome to a forum that I think will be a great place to visit!

    Welcome!

I know this is totally off topic, and random and flaky.... For some reason I always saw your name as cyber sarge. I guess the army has more of hold on my brain than I thought!

We need your experience and knowledge. Like you, I'm taking a holiday break, but am anxious to get going again before Christmas.
