Much like SunRay, when you call the factory, you talk to the owner...John Smith (no kidding).

I once crushed the headset wire in a more-than-stupid move with a truck door. I put the headset in NextDay FedEx and followed up with a confessional phone call to John Smith. Three days later, they arrived back via NextDay FedEx with a newly installed wire and no questions asked. That's service.
