Received my F70 the past week, and have been giving it the full-over examination - unfortunately the weather isn't cooperating here in Ohio. But, I was able to clear snow from a 3'x3' patch to at least try out the groundbalance! I know - I'm obsessing...
Anyway, wondering if there are any other F70 users on here?

Your situation sounds familiar. We had 7 of snow this past weekend. I'm sooo ready for spring. Congratulations on your new detector. Hope to see some great finds when the snow melts.
