Finally got out -- had to drive to the Jersey shore to do it -- I'm not much of a beach hunter, but just had to get out. Scored a couple of silver bling: a bracelet and a cool looking crescent earring, and a handful of clad. Hopefully the local snow will be melted in the next couple of weeks.
Oldest: 1755 Spanish silver; 1800 half dime | 1842 seated half | 1857 seated quarter | 516 silver coins in 2011!
Nice silver hunt Randy. I hear you on just having to get out. lol I would have thought the beaches were stripped clean by now. You did better than one guy we know who always gets silver, but didn't when he went to the beach recently rofl Wonder who that isThat must have made your day seeing silver that big. I bet that will clean up easily and will be confiscated by someone in your family soon.
