    Getting Back At It

Barring torrential downpours, it looks like I should be able to get the season started this weekend. It's always a bit weird getting back to detecting after the winter hiatus. I'm not sure where I'll go or what I'll shoot for. I'm mostly just a coin shooter but I did alright with silver last year and kind of got the old coin bug.

I guess I'll set some goals for 2010:

BUFFALO NICKEL (or any type of older nickel) - I still have yet to find one
    $500 in clad
1 silver coin from the 1800's
    10 pieces of gold

I doubt I'll do better this year than last, but you never know.

    Happy Hunting!

Oldest find - 1804 Draped Bust Half Cent

Seems like reasonable goals for the places you like to hunt. I could never find that much gold where I hunt, but it certainly is in other places like beaches, tot lots, etc... I hope you hit and surpass your goals. Gives you something to shoot for. thumbsup01
