Short Lake Hunts Yield A Few Silver coins

The recent rain and strong winds have kept me from wanting to play in the water, but I did manage two short hunts anyway. Though silver coins were few I was still able to reach the 700 silver coins mark.

The following are the finds from the last two short lake hunts. This weekend I hope to salvage a few more silver coins from the lake's watery grip.

    HH!

Congrats on 700 that's enough for two years The silver content of the water is getting lower but the finds are sweet none the less. If anyone ever wants to up their religious medal count...go jump into a lake That seems to be where they are all hiding.

More great stuff, congrats on hitting 700! That's an amazing amount of silver with a lot of hunting time left yet this season!

    Congrats on hitting 700!!!

I can't believe all the religious pendants you pull out of the water.

So, doing the math: Since this is day 239 of the year, you've averaged 2.93 silver coins per day (across every day of this past year, not just the ones you detected... just for purposes of calculation). There are 126 days remaining in the year, so that means you should end up with 126 X 2.93, or an additional 369 coins. Add that to the 700 you already have, and that gives a total of 1069 for the year. Rounding up (why not?) I think your revised goal should be 1100 coins by the end of 2010.

Those are some awesome finds Angel. I'm starting to think you are hunting Holy Earth .That's why all the religious medals and stuff. Can you let some of us here in the midwest have a few of your secrets as to getting hooked up with the higher powers of detecting. LOL I was just blessed myself with the powers of God and Prayer helping me to get a little better heart action.Am figuring some good detectin has to be on the way.At any rate great job and I wish many many more pounds of goodies but it doesn't have to be all gold and silver . Bite your tongue! You have been changing the goal every few months. I'm sticking with the 750 I set a few months back. Though that probably does need changing. But not to 1100.
