Has Anyone Ever Seen this Button Before?

My son dug this dug in Pa. a few days ago.
I'm trying to ID it, but with no luck.
Any help with an Id would be appreciated.

What's the back look like?

It appears to be a button that was made to look like a buckle. Wild!

It's a sash buckle that identifies as a button:rofl:

It is a Victorian-style button, and not real uncommon. There are 5 or six listed on the net. Here is one of them: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1399402745/japanned-brass-unique-button-oval-inlay
