Chicago Park Hunt & Digger Al's 1840 Harrison Presidential Campaign Token

Saturday, I met up with Hiluxyota and Dave from American Coin Hunting to do a hunt at a Chicago Park. The weather was unbelievably warm and there were a few good finds to be had. I dug a 1908 & 1889 Indian, a 1908 V nickel, a no date buff, 4 wheats and a couple of tokens. Had a great time hunting with those guys!!

Sunday, Digger Al found a couple of hours to kill in the afternoon. we found a little town with some old houses and got a permission at an 1890s house. I dug a 1935 Washington and an 1889 Barber quarter.
Al dug an 1908 Indian a real nice 1840 Harrison presidential Campaign Token. It had the log cabin on like the Harrison Button i found earler this year. That was the find of the day!!!

Congrats to Digger Al for the wonderful 1840 Harrison campaign token! What a cool and historic find!

That 1935 Washington Quarter looks to be in great shape too. Does it have a mint mark? It is unusual to find a Washington Quarter from the 1930s that isn't really worn.

Congrats on the great hunt, guys!

I just watched your video of this hunt. No mint mark on the 1935 Washington but it is in beautiful condition!
