    Found Some Treasure

Lately I have spent a bunch of time searching the wood for an old homestead with not much luck. This evening I went to a soccer field to find something besides rust and beer cans. Found these two items this evening. Hopefully this gets me over my slump and back on track.

.925 Silver ring with a yellow stone and a 14K pendant and chain.

Engraved on the back of the pendent is a first name , a date and an inscription. Because of where it was found and the practice of giving this type of gift for the Christian Conformation Rite, there is a good chance I will be able to return the pendent to the girl who lost it.

That necklace and pendant is a big chunk of gold!

I hope you are able to return it to the owner. No doubt she was sorry to have lost it.

Very nice finds. Am really hoping that you can return that pendant and chain to the girl. She must have been heartbroken when she realized that it was gone. Please keep us updated.

The Gold Pendant was only an inch or so deep. The Silver ring was 4-5 inch deep.

Nice find, The reason I asked was because I found this 14k and silver necklace on the surface earlier this year.
