    FUGIO Friday!

Got out with my good friend Frank yesterday to some new spots. On our way to them Frank spotted what he thought was a hole. We got out & walked around & yep, cellar hole!

This site produced this small knee buckle close to the hole. Then moved closer to the hole & got another good signal & pulled out the escutcheon plate. I worked my way to the back side & got a good signal between 7-8 down but a vine was in the way. A few good chops with my shovel took care of it. Dug down & low & behold a Fugio popped out! This is my 2nd one ever! After a while things quieted down and we got back in the car. We drove probably 100 feet & saw another one! I nabbed my 2nd Copper but alas it's toasted.

Thursday I was off from work & went to a new spot (see picture). Pulled the flat button out. 2 swings to the left & got another good signal & pulled out this beautiful shoe buckle. I also had the chape but it dropped out of my pouch somewhere, grr! Moved further out & got this small silver plated spoon. Continued further out & got the musket ball. Was a long day & hit the site pretty good but someone had been there a long time ago and left plow parts on the foundation.
