    Some amazing coins above! Donnie's coin is ridiculous of course but those Spanish silvers are awesome. This is what I consider my best coin. My 1812 half dollar. The front has some interesting iron staining but other than that it is great shape for being found in a farm field.

    Amazing silver, everyone! Dan, I remember that little buckle well. I bet I had my coil on it but didn't dig it because I dug some same-sounding modern trash right around it. I'm glad you snagged it! I never went back there...did you? I know you guys hit the site just south of there. I also remember that 1832, what a catch!

    Drew , i stopped back there about a year ago on my way home from other sites to kill an hour before going home. i pulled a fugio out of the chimney pile it was literally just under the leaf litter . i actually want to go back with my deus .

    I'm curious as to your opinion Del, what machine you prefer. My experience has only been with Whites, and now the E-Trac.
