with nobody to detect with and pondering where to go....I headed back up to a site everybody & their mothers been to the list includes me,fast frank, the rebel, tattoou, coinnut, forino & sniffy.Frank pulled a nice harrison campaign button outta this site & I got a General lafayette button a couple years ago.
nothing earth shattering today but plucked a few keepers.
1883 indian head penny,a crotal bell,2 early one piece designed buttons(one has thread still hangin on) a huge plain shankless silver gilted cloak or dandy button.heaviest dandy button i ever pulled.thought it was gonna be a copper the way it read.a oxknob(hate these things as it sounds like a large cent reading) a suspender buckle and the tiniest thimble i ever dug a few other odds n ends.this plant had HUGE leaves!

Very nice variety of finds for a site that's been hunted so much, Dave!

Nice Indian Head, buttons and relics. I always love your photos of plant life, fungus, bugs and small animals. Your pictures are always so sharp and colorful.

Congrats on the successful solo hunt. thumbsup01

Congrats on the IH, bell and buttons Dave! Like Tony mentioned, I also really enjoy your nature pics thumbsup01

When I'm out and take shots of moss and lizards and I often think of yours :)

Once again it is proven, no site is ever hunted out. Nice finds and of course pictures. The one with your hand over the leaf, looks like jungle growth.
