Well they say we could get up to 2 of ice here so I figure I'll take an oppertunity to get on here one last time as we could be without power for awhile if thet are even close to being right. Can't wait till spring I need to dig.
:frozen: ice stinks , i hope your power isn't affected Wingmaster

Isn't this fun? :frozen: :crying02:
We just started our two day clutch of this weather system. Cold, wind and snow.
At least my next three days of work are sitting in front of my computer... no travel needed. :clapping:

We got it coming down big time...I hate ICE!!
It was a slow drive home tonight after work....I'd rather have two feet of snow than a quarter inch of ice....
Don't even like hearing it make that clicking sound as it pounds down on the windows...
I guess at this rate I will at least get to work from home tomorrow.... if we have electric.... :-\

You guys are getting the ice,,,we're gonna get the snow. 15 to 20 expected total with 40 to 50 mph winds. Ought to be some dandy drifts. Oh well,,,,it's all good,,,,we have plenty of food and access to a woodburner if need be.
You are right,,,,I'll take a ton of snow before that ice :frozen: :frozen:

Them ice storms can really do some damage. I remember a new years day driving home and still half drunk from the night before on January 1st 1986 and there wasn't any power in the neighborhood, there were tree's laying across roads and everything including sparking wires, it was tough finding a way out of the area but I finally did. I don't worry about driving around half drunk anymore cause I gave it up almost 20 years ago. Ice storms can do some serious damage, I've seen more than a few.
Just went out and got a fifty pound bag of ice melt
