4 LARGE CENT DAY * CELLAR HOLE

Got out up to a site that i found a civil war new york cuff button & a trigger guard at last time there.This time I spent most of the day there and did pretty well. 1817 matron head LC,1810 classic head LC,a 1837 hard times token & a King George II.That brings me to 23 1/2 coppers this year.
how ironic that i'm coming up on 9 years sober & dig this unusual token like thing
a very nice day at this site.

the biggest thing is congrats on 9 years dave! |:cheering: im somewere around there. and nice finds too. i got serious about metal detecting when i quite drinking. if i felt like drinking i went detecting. (did alot of detecting first few years) you can say my metal detecter saved my life. willy

Great hunt..love the buckles!! I had 7 yrs, and blew it 2 years ago.. :rolleyes: still drinking today.. Always keep in mind the wrong move can change your life.. life is too short to be back at the place ya crawled out of..

Dan it has 4 little square tabs at edge that folded over to grasp whatever it was it was affixed to & the one hole where a tack or small nail would have went through
