Sweet looking coin , did you dig it with the shovel ?
I don't know if that's an old hit ,I want to think it is because I would be sick if I thought I hit it. I think its old because it looks patina in the dents.
does anyone know what variety this one is?

That 1798 Large Cent is stunning! :loveit: Definitely one of the nicest Draped Bust examples I've seen. :yes: I would be on cloud nine for a month if I ever found something like that.
But let's not overlook that 1870 Indian Head, that is a relatively scarce date.

Saw your vid Calabash. Nice old coin in awesome shape. Rarely do you see them come out of the ground like that. I nabbed 3 DBs last year but all are no or partial dates. Would be in high heaven to pull a beauty like that out of the ground. HH!
