whites classic id sl

hi every one new to mding and this forum .have a whites classic sl .is this detecter good for beaches or no .also looking for anyone around palatka fla thanks for any help

Hi, Jimmy, welcome to the forum. The Classic SL is usable at the Salt beaches. Dry sand is no problem. When you detect the wet sand, you might have to turn down the sensitivity to prevent false signals and keep the coil as parallel to the ground as possible. Good luck and good hunting.
