:lol: I've never met either of those guys, but I've seen them both in concert. I've seen Robert Trujillo with both Metallica and Suicidal Tendencies, and I saw Les Claypool with his solo band. Here are couple of photos I took of the both of them:

I've been trying to find a match to your eagle button without much success. The backmark says "W.H. HORSTMANN & SONS - PHI". I cannot find that exact button though.
