2 HOUR HUNT*COPPER,CIVIL WAR EAGLE CUFF & A COOL WATCH WINDER

after work i shot down to a cellar hole me & frank had hit pretty hard.i started way in the back of the hole climbing over downed pine limbs and kickin stuff aside.1st signal solid 80's at 5 inches :thinkingabout: dug down ..copper! thumbsup01
a toasted no date matron head large cent. boppin around i got a low vdi almost foilish sounding and decided to dig it.i see a cone shaped thing .pick it up it's got purple glass on end and it's a watch winder.2 flat buttons,one being a lead/pewter mix i assume.then i hit a area scattered with 22 shells.i decided to dig em anyways and get em outta the way.next signal near this area i get a lower vdi,expecting another 22 casing i kick the leaves aside and see a tiny cuff button just under leaves.pick it up & i'm staring at a civil war eagle cuff button.almost cut 2 hibernating wood frogs while digging.glad i missed em .i thought what i had was a mangled 30 odd 6 casing.but after cleaning it up it contains pins.the cap like thing wasn't far from it.neat 1st for me.nice 2 hour hunt for sure! tuesday got out with gary and hit a field for 8 hrs.not much to show.a old hatchet head and 2 musket balls
