A Nice Gold Ring Found Me Today!

So, I had a bit of time to detect before I headed to work and I hunted some woods. I didn't find anything great, just some clad and some trash. My batteries were almost toast (don't you love that) when I hit a really nice signal on my F2. About two inches down I pop out this lump. At first I'm thinking it's one of those old ring pop tabs. But as soon as I saw the eagle I knew I had a ring. After brushing off the dirt I knew it was gold because of how it shimmered in the light. <: Happy Hunting all!

Thanks! Well, I didn't really watch the numbers. I was going on sound and it did ring up high tones on my Fisher F2. There were no other signals nearby, so it came through loud and clear as well as repeatable. Sorry I couldn't be more specific with VDI #'s.
