Got out for about an hour managed a few keepers , got this rooster weather vane top found around the stable, this large chain link, a nice iron wedge and my favorite is this iron hand made needle, the needle is my first and now i know why we find so many thimbles! A hundred plus years later and this thing is still sharp also managed some pocket watch pieces, a elizibeth taylor lip stick case and a sandoz pharmaceutical medicine bottle top. Felt good to finally get out as the cold weather is setting back in.

You got some cool finds there. I've never dug a needle....or a rooster for that matter.
