Had a Decent Week of Hunting. Felt Good to Get Out Swinging!

Digger Don

Last Saturday I got out for a few hours and dug an 1893 Indian, an 1891 V nickel and 1896 Barber dime.

I stopped and did one house Wednesday after work and dug a 1943 Walker Half Dollar.

Today i was out most of the day and dug two mercs, a 1942 & 1944. I followed that with 1911 Barber dime, an 1886 Indian and a 1902 V nickel

Don, some well spent swing time. So lets look at the tally......2 IH's, 2 V's, 2 mercs, 2 Barbers, 1 WLH (what you couldn't find another?) :hystericallaugh:.

All coins we all wish to find.....:congrats:

I would say that was a BETTER than decent week of hunting. :perfect10:

Love the coins and the little horse riding toy is a great find. Especially since it is intact.

About time you got a WLH! Don't you usually have 5 or 6 of them by now (and 2 Morgans)? LOL. Great to see some big silver in your hand my friend. I was very happy when I got your text. Best wishes and HH, Dave.

You and your door knocking Don....wow! You've definitely got the permission thing down pat. Here in New England folks are a little more reserved and sometimes hesitant to answer the door to strangers. I've had good luck, but obviously not to the level of success you have. What a nice haul of older dinero - especially the Walker. The 1902 V is also in decent shape - most of those can get pretty toasty in the ground.
