Hi everyone! Just found this site and wanted to introduce myself. I go by the handle of Carver because I like to ,,,uh,,carve wood. I have been tecting off and on since 1988 more seriously the last 3 years or so.
I'm looking forward to checking this site out

Hey Dan, and welcome from an Iowa girl :) Lived in Iowa City for 25 years before moving here (Lexington, KY) 3 years ago. Before that lived near the Quad Cities. Miss it like crazy! Welcome to the forum; looking forward to seeing some more good finds from there! thumbsup01

Hi Dan,
well, I make lots of things out of wood. I am a cabinetmaker by trade so there is lots of Kitchen cabinets and furniture. As for carving I love to do deep relief carving. I will show you folks some pics soon.
