Hi all,
Got back to the little park the other morning for a couple hours. Spending more time trying to get better with a full open screen and see if I missed much. One hole I actually pulled 6 wheats out from among a whole handful of old square nails. All dated 1910 to 1920, so guessing the open screen trial must be helping! Ended up with 3 more wheats earlier than 1920.
But the unusual finds were an early .45ACP case and an unstamped 45-70 case. Also found half a bull nose ring, and an unknown brass item. Any help with the ID appreciated. Thanks!
