Stone indian tool?

I guess maybe I should of put this in the what is it forum, if moderator moves it I understand.
I'm not very familiar with Indian tools, etc, but found this in my target hole, it just seemed to strange to be natural, but then, I could be wrong.

If that isn't a grooved axe then it's one of the most amazing "geofacts" I've ever seen!

Edit:. I just realized how small it is! It's a geofact I'm sorry to say. 😞

I've seen countless stones like this, especially around waterways. It's layered stone, and the softer material erodes faster than the harder white layer.
