Visited a couple of my old sites to get in a good hike.
Had to stop the car to let some turkeys pass.

A half mile down the trail I rounded a bend in the trail and saw a nice fisher coming my way. He saw me, turned around and loped off. Good size male. Beautiful animal. I tried a lip squeak to see if he would stop so I could get a pic but he wasn't buying my injured rodent imitation. It's worked on coyotes a few times.
Found this Victorian looking button...I think it is a Medusa figure but not sure.

Made a loop through the woods and swamp to hit the back of a colonial site. Managed a nice tombac and a musket ball.

Also found the antler. My dog is gnawing on it now.

Not a single tick...yet.
