Historic buttons! Congrats!
Very interesting settings. I have been running negative discrimination in two different custom five tone programs.
Very cool! My Dad sent off box tops for toys in the 1930's. I asked why he did it. He said it was because he didn't have many toys.
Dang it! I would love to hit them again! I could roam around those fields for a whole day. It would be quiet most of the time but there's always the chance to find something really nice.
I love them too and, thank you, for taking me to some of those sites. I seem to recall you finding a very nice relic (saddle pommel?) or coin at one of those quiet sites. I did find a Trefid Spoon...
Stunning and historic finds! Well done!:perfect10:
Great find!
Beautiful coin!
Great, uncommon, find.
:wow::perfect10:
Nice find. I haven't seen any Silver Certificates in circulation the last couple of decades. Somebody raided Grandma's sock drawer.
I run both of my programs with an iron volume of 1. When I first got my D2 I really screwed up the EQ so bad that I couldn't hear a target even if it was shallow. I think I watched a video and copied...
"get well so we can get out again"

I can't wait! And, for the record, you have made me...

Yes, it's my first Seated Half in 27 years of digging. I've only found two halves and the other was a Walker about 25 years ago. He probably looks a little shady because he ditched the beard that...
I haven't been digging much the past year. I did get out with my buddies, Del and Ron, about a month ago and should have posted this sooner. 70838It's not every day when you dig BIG SILVER!...
Beautiful knee buckle!
Nice thimble!
Great find! Love that old silver.
Thanks! Loving the Deus II.
Very interesting and entertaining post. It's interesting that many of us share some elusive coins in common. I have been a detectorist for 25 years and have never found the following coins:
Trime...
Lesson learned from Dan one day when he found two shoe buckles. One of them I am positive I heard first and ignored. "Gotta dig those overloads" - Dan.
I only hunt with X/Y. If the target is deep then you may only get a hint of a line going left to right but I love that. I have actually reduced my "Zoom" on the X/Y so I get smaller lines on the Deus...
Congrats! I'm with Del. Love the cloak clasp!
I haven't had the chance to dig much due to work and getting sick twice this summer and fall. However, I have made some observations regarding the Deus 2 as follows:
The D2 is a completely...
